6. Intellectual property

7. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement per the notice period defined in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SOCIVOICE's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
